In this session, we'll cover some basics, starting at the microphone and DIs on stage and moving through the mixing desk and its features to the speakers. This mini 'masterclaes' will give anyone a good understanding of the basics of mixing and Peter's way of thinking. Learn new things or gain new insights into things you use daily.

Peter Claes is a sound engineer with over 30 years of experience in the live performances and recording studio industry. Grace Jones, Simple Minds, Arsenal, Hooverponic, Axelle Red, The Human League, CPeX, Milk Inc Live, Night of the Proms, Millionaire, The Sore Losers, and many more have worked with Peter Claes. Additionally, he has been sharing his knowledge for the better part of two decades. This all started at Muziek-O-Droom, where he taught a basic sound engineering course that grew into the Masterclaes® brand we know today as a benchmark for audio training sessions.
